Promotion
One of the essential parts of our activities is to promote citizens councelling. Therefore the work of CABs and UCAB is promoted during radio broadcasts with participation of UCAB's staff, in press articles, and during conferences.
Recently UCAB's representatives have taken part in the following conferences:

- “The Role and Activities of NGOs in the 3rd Republic” – September 2004, Polish Association for Legal Education
- "Citizens' Participation in an Enlarged Europe" – Bucharest, October 2004, organised by RONACAB
- "National Strategy for Social Integration" – Czerwonak [Wielkopolska Province] November 2004, organised by the Ministry of Social Policy
- “Legal Aid and Law Reform in Transitional Societies” December 2004, Beijing, organised by Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI).
The Union was a co-organizer of a conference held on 6 October by the Ombudsperson: "Access to Information, Citizen Advice and Legal Aid”
We consider media as one of our important Partners. Thanks to the media CABs obtain more clients, can present their achievements, and problems, which they solve. Media help us informing the public about loops in regulations and try to have an effect on changes in the Polish law.
Our work is mentioned by one of the most professional paper in Poland: “Legal Paper” (Gazeta Prawna). It has also taken our activity under its press-patronage.
Besides we co-operate with Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Wyborcza, local newspapers, Polish Radio.
