Mission
The Union of Citizens Advice Bureaux is a national association of independent non-governmental organisations. Our mission is to provide all citizens with the knowledge on their rights so that they can effectively and actively solve their problems. We also act for socially indicated changes.
Our service and work are provided in accordance with agreed standards and principals. The activities of the Union of Citizens Advice Bureaux concentrate on developing and strengthening the network of organisations dealing with citizen’s advice.
