Barbara Przybylska
Member of the Board -she is an independent consultant working with non-governmental organizations and other institutions on program evaluation, strategic planning and the preparation of funding proposals. She also conducts workshops and classes on NGO management. She is a social worker with a specialization in community organization, planning and management. She has extensive working experience in non-governmental organizations in the United States, as well as in Poland since 1991. She was elected to the Executive Board of UCAB in 2005. In the previous year, she worked with the Union to help them develop their three-year strategic plan.About myself
I am avidly interested in nature, especially ornithology, and in environmental protection. I particularly enjoy working in groups and developing a better understanding of how people in organizations cope with change.
