Donation
In spite of giving 1 % of your Personal Income Tax to the Union of Citizens Advice Bureaux, You can make a donation as an individual or a company. We encourage you to transfer to our bank account even a small donation. You can account this amount in your Annual Tax Statement.
How you can make a donation to our organisation
Legal entity
In 2004 the transfer of donation made by legal entities was limited to 10 % of its income. It concerns the support of priorities included in the Act on Public Benefit Activity and Voluntary Service dated 24 April 2003.
To make a donation to our organisation a company should transfer a certain amount of money to the following bank account:

The company should include the donated amount in its monthly financial sttements on CIT-O form and in the annual financial statement CIT-8/O form. The amount should also be mentioned in Anex of the company’s financial report. As above mentioned the amount can be deducted from the company’s income.
Natural Persons
To make a donation to our organisation an individual person should transfer a certain amount of money to the following bank account:

According to the article 26 section 1, item 9 of the Act on Personal Income Tax dated 26 July 1991 (Journal of Laws No 80, item 350 with subsequent amendments) a natural person has the right to reduce the income with the amount donated to the Union of citizens Advice Bureaux. However the amount should not be higher than PLN 350.
